Shopping at Vitale Natural Skin Care
Do you send out samples of your product for testing?
We love to give out samples and send at least one out with every order. So if you want to try before you buy, please let us know with your order (add your chosen sample product to the comments field of the order screen) and we will put it in your parcel. If you haven't put in an order, we don't send out sample however, what we can do to help is give you expert advice about our products and help you decide if a product you are interested in is going to suit you. Please feel free to e-mail Ananda, our naturopath and skin specialist on email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please enter the quantity of each product you require in the box beside the item and add to cart. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking view cart.
When you have finished shopping, click on the checkout page. When you reach the checkout page, complete the secure transaction online and pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard).
Select the cheque/money order/telephone payment option. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail with our address and you can either print this form and post or fax it to us with payment (either cheque/money order or your credit card details), pay by Direct Deposit (please contact us so we can supply our bank account details) or call us with your credit card details. If you choose to pay by cheque, please make it out to Eco Organic Beauty and post to PO Box 3012, Ashgrove East, QLD 4060.
Order by email or over the telephone
We will happily take orders over the phone or via e-mail. Please don’t send your credit card details via e-mail. If you send us an e-mail order, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your credit card details.
International Shipping Costs
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.
Postage and handling starts from $15 for international orders. We will contact you if postage is more than $15.*
*Important Note for US deliveries: as of 23rd of November, 2010 all postage to the USA will incur an additional charge of $9 due to increased Australia Post charges. The minimum postage charge will therefore be $24 AUD. As a result of this change, no orders weighing over a total of 500g will be posted to the US. Please note, some items are heavier than their contents due to packaging.
Please be aware, some countries charge Customs Fees or import duties on products ordered from overseas. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control. Please contact the relevant government body in your country for more information on these charges.
Please note: we cannot return items held up by Customs. To avoid this from happening, please check with your countries Custom's authority before placing an order with us.
The Vitale website is protected by a secure server system to protect against misuse of your credit card details. Our system uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. When you place your order with us your details are securely transferred to the server. You are assured of optimum security whilst shopping at Vitale Natural Skin & Body Care.
Postage & Handling Costs within Australia
We use Australia Post or Fastway Couriers to deliver our parcels both nationally and internationally. Our aim is to ship your order within 48 hours from
Brisbane. The exception is if an item is out of stock. In this case, the order may be withheld until the ordered item is back in stock (no more than 48 hours and we will advise you of the delay) OR we will send it out as a backorder at no additional cost.
Please Note: for courier delivery, a street address must be provided (not a
post box address); and if special delivery instructions apply please
include these in your order comments.
- Orders over $150 are free from postage & handling
- 1 to 10 products - for all orders within Australia a flat rate of $6.50 applies.
- Over 10 products – a surcharge may apply. This will be calculated at the time of order and confirmed via e-mail before the order is processed
Postage Terms and Times
As a guideline our delivery times are as follows:
- Delivery within the same city or town – next working day
- Between cities and large towns or other locations in the same state – 1-3 working days
- Between adjoining east coast capitals (including Adelaide) – 2 working days
- Between other capital cities – 3-5 working days
- To other interstate locations – 4-6 working days
- International locations - 10 to 30 days
Please note: the estimated delivery times cover working days only (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays from the date of dispatch not from the date you place your order.
Christmas Delivery Deadlines
For you to receive your order before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by: 19th of December
Metropolitan areas - midnight on 21 December
Regional areas - midnight on 19 December
Remote areas/Australian offshore - midnight on 16 December
While we try our absolute best to get your parcel to you on time, Christmas deliveries can face delays. We will advise you if we think this is going to be the case.
All information collected when placing an order is only used by Vitale to communicate with you as our customer. We will NOT share your email addresses and/or telephone numbers with other third parties.
Our Promise to You
We only recommend products that we love. And by that we mean pure, high-quality and effective natural and organic skincare. We personally guarantee every product we sell. We want you to love the products too and we don’t want you to waste your money on products that don’t suit you. So if your skin has an issue with your product choice, call within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We are also happy to find you a product that does suit your skin.
Please note: refunds are not accepted on products if you change your mind or no-longer require the product. In addition all colour cosmetics and foundations must be returned in their original packaging with seals intact and unused for a refund. Call or e-mail the Vitale team for information and advice about your product choices. With our team of natural skin specialist and beauty therapists we are confident we will help you find products that suit you.
To return an item please call us toll-free at 1300 889 160 for a return authorization and instructions about how to send your shipment back. Returns will not be refunded without prior authorization from our office.
Please include the original shipping invoice with your returned product(s). Once the returned product(s) have arrived, we will contact you to arrange a refund, replacement or exchange.
Please Note: Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, nor is the cost of postage for the return unless the return is a result of our error.
If we send you the incorrect item by mistake, or the item you received is damaged, we will re-ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, we will pay the cost to ship that item back to us.
