Shopping at Vitale Natural Skin Care
Do you send out samples of your product for testing?
At this stage we generally don't carry samples. When we do receive samples from
our suppliers they tend to walk out the door very quickly. By all means feel
free to ask about samples but in most cases unless you ask for something
specific, we won't be able to supply them. What we can do to help is give you
expert advice about our products and help you decide if a product you are
interested in is going to suit you. Please feel free to e-mail Ananda, our
naturopath on info@vitalenatural.com.au and we will get back to you
within 24 hours.
Ordering Online
Please enter the quantity of each product you require in the box beside the item and add to cart. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking
view cart.
When you have finished shopping, click on the checkout page. When you reach the checkout page, complete the
secure transaction online and pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard).

Select the cheque/money order/telephone payment option. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail with our address and you can either print this form and post or fax it to us with payment (either cheque/money order or your credit card details), pay by Direct Deposit (please contact us so we can supply our bank account details) or call us with your credit card details.
Order by email or over the telephone
We will happily take orders over the phone or via e-mail. Please dont send your credit card details via e-mail. If you send us an e-mail order, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your credit card details.
PayPal
Secure online purchasing using your credit card is available via PayPal. PayPal is one of the web's largest and safest online purchasing providers, using secure encrypted servers. If you want to purchase using PayPal please e-mail info@vitalenatural.com.au and we will initiate a request for payment.

Postage & Handling costs, delivery time and terms
Postage & Handling Costs
We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels both nationally and internationally. Orders will be sent out the next working day except where an item is out of stock. In this case, the order may be withheld until the ordered item is back in stock in which case we will advise you of the delay OR we will send it out as a backorder at no additional cost.
I only want to purchase one item. Is it still going to cost $8?
The answer to this is no it won't cost $8. The $8 charge covers express
post, packaging materials and other postage related costs however, if you only
want one item, we will reduce the cost of postage and handling to $6.50. When
you place your order for a single item via our secure website, the P&H will
still come up as $8. We will adjust this once we receive the order to ensure you
are only charged $6.50 and send you an e-mail confirmation.
Within Australia:
- 1 product single product orders will be charged at a rate of $6.50. The postage & handling cost will come up as $8 however the cost of postage will be adjusted to $6.50 once we receive the order. We will confirm the total cost by e-mail before we post it out to you.
- 2 to 10 products - for all orders within Australia a flat rate of $8 applies.
- Over 10 products a surcharge may apply. This will be calculated at the time of order and confirmed via e-mail before the order is processed
- Orders over $150 are free from postage & handling
International

Postage Terms and Times
As a guideline our delivery times are as follows:
- Delivery within the same city or town next working day
- Between cities and large towns or other locations in the same state 1-3 working days
- Between adjoining east coast capitals (including Adelaide) 2 working days
- Between other capital cities 3-5 working days
- To other interstate locations 4-6 working days
Express post is available. Please let us know at the time of delivery as this option may incur a P&H surcharge.
